Care & Maintenance

  • After every use: Empty the tank so water doesn't sit inside and leave scale.
  • Descaling: Now and then, run a mild water-and-vinegar mix through the tank to clear mineral buildup from the vents.
  • Soleplate: Wipe the ceramic plate with a soft, damp, non-abrasive cloth once it is completely cool.
  • Never: Submerge the steamer in water or clean it with harsh chemicals or solvents.

No steam
Check that the tank has water and is seated properly, and that the steamer has finished heating up.
Spitting or drips
Don't fill past the max line, and wait the full heat-up time before steaming.
Weak or uneven steam

Won't heat
